For my card I have used the cute Little Nurse, from LOTV - coloured with Copics. I cut my 2 DP's into sqaures and stitched them onto the card in a simple patchwork design.
For my 3 embellies I used pearls, ribbon and little, punched blooms.You can find the Prima, Sweet Fairy DP, a great selection of pearls and lots of other goodies at Crafty Emma's Store.
