Go on... treat yourself :-)

After the success of last week's Snowflake Cake
I thought I would try another recipe from Carole Walter.

This is Double Chocolate Cake -  it's yummy and very easy to make.

It's cooked in a slab, like brownie, so there's no messy layers to fill and coat.

It has chopped dates in the sponge which makes it nice and moist
and the top is covered with chocolate drops and pieces of walnut.
