Strawberry Hearts

Ok, the picture isn't pretty, but as I was putting these hearts onto the plate an orderly queue was forming behind me!!!

These are really delicious. The dough is soooooo easy to make and it's really flaky and crumbly and almost melts in your mouth.

I'm not sure if it's my very hot fan oven, but my hearts were all slightly different, which just meant it took an extra 5 mins to match them up. 

Also, as the cook and chief quality control officer, I had to test them in twos!!
