Now, be honest, do you blog your disasters?
Here's one of mine.
Ok, it's not a 'bin it' card,
but I will be happy when it has slipped off the page.
but I will be happy when it has slipped off the page.
I got so carried away with glittering and sticking the little letters on
that I forgot to add the 'merry &' sentiment on the bottom layer.
Adding it on the top, doesn't really look right, does it?
I did have fun playing with glitter though
and found an easy way to make the letters.
I covered small squares with double sided tape,
peeled the backing off and pressed the glitter onto the sticky tape.
Then I die cut the letters.

Looks OK to me, thanks for joining us at Allsorts this week, xxxxx
ReplyDeleteI love this, especially the glittery letters & jingle bells to match. Hugs Bev x
ReplyDeleteI nearly didn't comment in case it prevented this from slipping off the page, lol!
ReplyDeleteI think it's lovely. I really like the bright glittery letters and the matching colours in the little bells.

Cool card - love the glitter letters!
ReplyDeleteI do post my not perfect cards (but like you, I usually can't wait for them to 'slip off the page' - love that phrasing!). No one is perfect and you never know what part of a not-perfect card may inspire your or others :)
What a fun & festive card! I agree a bit about the banner.... I would be tempted to turn the banner flag around and tuck it under the bells.
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question, I don't normally blog my disasters-- I normally toss them in the garbage.
Thanks for joining Allsorts challenge with this great entry, good luck.
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting
