Bear Hugs

Hello.

Is this lilac?
I thought it was, until I saw the other entries at Less Is More.
Hmm... let's just say it's pale lilac :-)

I wanted my bears to look like a boy/girl couple.
The bear with the scarf looks like a guy to me anyway,
so I just added a heart and hair-bow to my 'girl' bear.
I coloured them, adding the turquoise accents,
and popped them up on foam tape.

The sentiment didn't stamp great on that textured card, so
I went over it with a black fineliner.

Then I had to stop myself from adding any embellies, or a border -
Less Is More !

Challenges.

Less Is More -  Turquoise & Lilac

WPlus9 - Friends for all Seasons, Fall - coloured with Copics.
The little hair bow is from the WPlus9 Unforgettable set.
Sentiment - Clearly Besotted, Round Roses

So cute! What a great idea to make the bears a couple, and lovely colouring too. The background is the perfect shade of lilac to complement them! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

How adorable, gorgeous for an anniversary card. That's the shade I think of when I think of lilac so fits our challenge perfectly in my eyes.
Thanks for sharing with us.
