The first time buyers, at the beginning of the chain (we are 3rd in line) have decided not to go ahead.
You've got to be kidding me!
We are beyond furious - it's cost us all in solictors fees etc. - not to mention the stress.
Now, we have to put the house back on the market and go through it all again.
PS: If anyone else says to me 'Keep Calm and Carry On' I will not be responsible for my actions!!!

Caroline that is just flippin terrible. There should be a clause to stop that kind of thing when it has moved on so far!
Oh Caroline I am so sorry to hear your news and can understand how frustrating it is for you, I am so fed up now of looking at houses and can't believe how stressful it can be at times.

Oh Caroline, I am sooooo sorry, I know just how stressful the whole process is, it's very fresh in my mind. Do not keep calm. Kick something hard, preferably the idiots that pulled out. xx
Oh my goodness! That sounds so frustrating! I hate the house selling/buying process.... sooo stressful! And those people pulling out... Grrrrrr!
