When the snow lay round about...

I've had real fun making Christmas cards this year,
but I still let out a sigh of relief, as the last one went in the post box.

Here's one that's already reached it's destination.

Without a doubt this Winter Woodland set has been my favourite this year.
All the elements make it so easy to create a pretty, little Christmas scene.

On this card, I embossed the trees with glitter powder,
so, irl,  they have a pretty sparkle,
and the Happy Holidays is also embossed in red glitter.

Challenges.
Merry Monday - Winter Wonderland
Simon Monday - Anything Goes
Stamping Sensations - Winter Wonderland

Supplies.
WPlus9 Winter Woodland Stamps and Dies.
Lawn Fawn Hillside Border Dies    WOW Diamond White Embossing Powder
WOW Red Glitter Embossing Powder.

Holy cow! These are BRILLIANT!!! I do not do well with keeping things simple, so I admire the heck out of people who can pull it off so wonderfully. This is one of loveliest holiday cards I've seen all year...and I've seen a lot! I adore the glittery trees and the pops of color are perfectly placed. The red scarf on the deer is precious and I love the little birdies in the trees, too. Thanks for showing me that simple can still pack a punch! Thanks, too, for sharing your work with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
