This is one of those lovely stamps that just cries out for you
to add some glitter and sparkle.
It's hard to photo though!
Recipe:
Design Paper - Papermania, Raspberry Champagne.
Stamp - from the Penny Black Bubbly set.
Coloured with whispers pens.
I added some stickles glitter to the bubbles and
a few sticky pearls.
