I, Robot

Hey everyone, hope you're all having a good weekend.
It's a bit on the chilly side here, so I have a date with a roaring fire,
a good book, and a mug of hot chocolate, this afternoon :-)

But first, a birthday robot...

For my background, I cut different widths from some snippets of card
and stuck them randomly onto my base card.

On the white panel, I added a piece of stitched border die-cut,
and then my robot, with his balloon and cupcake, all popped up on foam pads.
Looking at the sketch again (below) I saw that there was a stripe on the top of the panel,
so I followed the narrow strip of card along and under the balloon.

This is another great sketch to use up some small strips of card or dp.

Supplies.
Lawn Fawn, Beep Boop Birthday Stamps & Dies
Card Scraps / Sequins

Well Caroline you had me fooled here as I thought that you used patterned paper for your background!

Fabulous card and brilliant way to use snippets.

Your robot is just too cute!!

Super card Caroline! How clever to think to take a strip across the top layer as well :)

I saw that without seeing it if you know what I mean!! Great interpretation of the sketch. Would never have thought to put that line across like that. Hugs Mrs A.
