Ginger Nut Box

Afternoon everyone.
Well, it's been raining here today,
which makes it a perfect day for baking
and crafting.
I made a batch of yummy gingernuts
and altered this box, to give some as a little present.

I am entering this for this week's
Stamptacular Sunday challenge,
which is 'Anything BUT a card'.

Winter Teddy

I have told my hubby that there's no point in me
ironing his shirt sleeves,
when he keeps his jacket on all day!!
But, he is refusing to see my point of view.

Men!!
So, my ironing is now eating into my crafting time.

I have still managed to finish this card for the
Stamptacular Sunday Challenge
where the theme is '3D'

For my 3D card I have paper-pieced
teddy's jacket and mittens and used foam pads
to attach them.
I have also added some flower soft around teddy's feet
and some glossy accents on the die cut corner.

18 Card

I don't often do 'shaped' cards,

but I wanted a card for my niece,

and this week's Stamptacular Challenge

gave me the incentive to try something different.

I found it tricky to cut out the number,

so don't look too closely!!
Sorry about the dark picture too, but it's been raining here all day
and the light isn't good.

I found the template for the 18 card online at Time For Crafting.
Hop on over there and take a look, there are allsorts
of templates and resources.

Build A Card

There is a really great challenge over at
Stamptacular Sunday.
I have been so engrossed in it, that the family
have started to wander into my craft room,
to see why they haven't been fed yet!!!

Today's fun is called 'Build A Card'.
You need to visit the blogs of the 10 DT members
and see what elements you need to 'build' your card.
Be quick though - your card needs to be in by midnight
Monday 20th July.

I have checked and double checked
to make sure I have the 10 elements on my card.

I'm not saying what they are though.

You will have to find them yourself!!
