Sweet little Rosie

Here I am blogging, when I should be getting on with the ironing mountain!!
I just wanted to show you this card, made with my gorgeous candy from Cathy. (thanks so much, hun).

This cute little girl is Rosie, from Sugar Nellie - I tried my best at shading some pleats on her dress, but I need a little practice with that!
I'm not sure what the papers are, but aren't they gorgeous?

Cathy included some pretty pins in with her parcel, but I haven't used them before and I'm not sure how to add them.
Do I just push them through the ribbon and hope that holds them in place, or do I need to use some sort of glue???
Let me know if you're a proficient pinner!! :-)

I'd like to enter the following challenges -
Bunny Zoe - Lace
Birthday Sundaes - Include birthday wording on the card front.
2 Sisters - Ribbon

Supplies.
Sugar Nellie, Rosie stamp, coloured with Copics and Glamour Dust.
DP - ??      Lace and sheer ribbon.     Liquid Pearls on scalloped circle.
Craftwork Cards Mini Sentiment.    Adhesive Gems.

Not a brilliant expert pinner hun - but always stick mine on a double sided bit of foam - you know the ones you use to lift up your paper...and then hide it with a ribbon...Fab image hun - love it..fab papers - very sort of Laura Ashley look

When I use pins I either stick them through the knot in a bow or if putting them behind flowers sick the end into a piece of foam tape then stick that onto the card.

Lucky you to win wonderful goodies. The Sugar Nellie is colored beautifully. I bought a package of those clear plastic ear ring stoppers, You know the ones that come on the french wires. That way if they do become dislodged no one bleeds on your magnificent card. :)
