More Duck Tales

Hello. Here I am with another ducky Easter card :o)

This is such a cute stamp set, that I had a smile on my face all the time I was making this simple card. Also, it's easy to colour, which is a big tick in my book.

I played around a little with the grass/flower stamp, masking it off and stamping the right side on the left, and the left side on the right  - just so my duck wouldn't cover up those bullrushes.

Taking photos of my cards drives me crazy.
This little duck is much more yellow/orange in real life!!

Duck Cards Quack Me Up

Hello. Easter cards are not really a thing here, but I do like to make a couple for family. And I need to get a move on, Easter is early this year.

This cute 'lucky duck' set from Time for Tea Designs was just perfect for what I wanted. I stamped and die cut one of the ducks and used the other little stamps for a background pattern. Can you tell that background is an egg shape?? I'm not sure it's obvious.

Good Vibes Only

Hello. A friend of mine has been ill recently and I wanted a card to cheer her up.
Rainbows and puppys should do the trick :o)

I've followed the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches and used a rainbow where their semi circle is.
Then, I added a little die cut pup, a heart speech bubble, and that lovely bold sentiment.
